We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Fit Snap account and all associated data using one of the methods below.

How to Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Fit Snap app:

  1. Open the Fit Snap app and log in to your account
  2. Navigate to your Profile screen
  3. Find the delete account button next to the Logout button
  4. Click the delete button and confirm your choice
  5. Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can send an account deletion request via email:

  • Subject: "Fit Snap Account Deletion Request"
  • Your email address: The email associated with your Fit Snap account
  • Confirmation: A statement confirming you want to delete your account
  • Optional: Brief feedback on why you're leaving (helps us improve)

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Personal Information

  • • Account credentials (email, password)
  • • Profile information (name, age, etc.)
  • • Authentication tokens and sessions

Workout Data

  • • Workout history and performance
  • • AI-generated workout plans
  • • Progress tracking and streaks

Health Information

  • • Injuries and physical limitations
  • • Health notes and preferences
  • • Onboarding data and goals

AI Interactions

  • • Chat conversations with AI trainer
  • • Voice transcriptions (if any)
  • • LLM interaction logs

Note: Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for legal compliance and service improvement. This data cannot be linked back to your identity.

Deletion Timeline

Request Received

We receive your account deletion request via app or email

Identity Verification (Email Only)

If requested via email, we verify your identity within 1-2 business days

Account Deactivation

Your account is immediately deactivated and you can no longer log in

Data Deletion

All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days

Important Information

⚠️ This Action is Permanent

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your workout history, progress tracking, and AI interactions will be permanently lost.

📱 Alternative: Take a Break

If you're unsure about deleting your account, consider simply logging out and taking a break. Your data will be preserved if you decide to return later.
